Routine C - Rotation 1 - Delts & Tris

Joe the wrist was killing me today - kicking up the DB's for presses and Upright Rows. By the time I got to Tri Extensions it was unbearable - I switched to a machine but it wasn't much better. After I was done I realized I could have used a Tricep Extension bar with a neutral grip. DUH!

I was looking forward to this routine too. Next time.

I've been icing the wrist all day.
